As of 1st March 2021 changes were made to how VAT is handled for certain building and construction services.
Green Zone Surveys (UK) Ltd would like to confirm that we do not come under the remit of the Reverse Charge VAT scheme for construction and building services. Therefore, we must continue to charge VAT on our invoices.
The scheme is effectively an extension of the ‘Construction Industry Scheme’ (CIS) and applies only to transactions that are reported under the CIS.
