Fast-growing North East firm Green Zone Surveys has made another key signing as it ushers in a new era in building compliance and energy assessment.
Number cruncher Jonny Rose has swapped South Tyneside for North Tyneside after securing a move from South Shields Football Club.
And Green Zone Surveys’ new Finance Director has set ambitious goals as he prepares to kick on in his latest role.
“I’ve been running the finance team at South Shields Football Club for the last few years but the move to Green Zone Surveys is a wonderful opportunity to take the next step,” said Jonny.
“As a South Shields lad and a fan of the football team, it was a tough decision to leave in many respects.
“But there are strong links between the club and Green Zone Surveys so I already have a trusted relationship with many of my new colleagues.”
Green Zone Surveys continues to grow its expert workforce out of the firm’s Cobalt Business Exchange headquarters in Wallsend.
And only last month senior management opened up a new Ormskirk base in response to soaring demand for its services in the North West.
Green Zone Surveys has gained a reputation for helping clients avoid the pitfalls most commonly associated with energy assessment and building compliance.
And the firm prides itself on providing precise data — records are updated regularly as compliance gaps become a thing of the past.
“It feels like the perfect time to come in while everything’s fresh and the role is evolving,” added Jonny.
“I want to make an immediate impact, put my stamp on the role and do the things that I’ve been trusted to do.
