Green Zone Surveys, one of the UK’s leading providers of building compliance and energy assessment services, has announced its acquisition of Enviroduct, a prominent ductwork cleaning and ventilation company.
The strategic move marks a significant milestone in Green Zone Surveys' growth — increasing the company's workforce and profit, while enhancing its service offering in the TR-19 market.
Enviroduct, established in 2015, is one of the largest ductwork cleaning companies in the Northern region with operations spanning the UK.
The company specialises in TR-19 grease extraction cleaning, ventilation cleaning to BSEN 15780 standards, fire damper testing, deep cleaning of commercial kitchens and other compliance-related services.
Green Zone Surveys and Enviroduct have previously collaborated and this acquisition enables the former to strengthen its current TR19 offering, expand its service portfolio, widen its geographical reach and drive new business opportunities.
