Leading building compliance and energy assessment experts, Green Zone Surveys, have revealed a new Lancashire base as part of their ambitious growth plans.
Green Zone, one of the UK’s fastest-growing energy and compliance firms, has increased its national imprint after expanding their dedicated in-house team and snapping up new premises in the North West.
Green Zone Surveys already delivers its sector-leading services to key organisations in the area such as Liverpool College, Cox Automotive and Venturi.
After meeting soaring demand in the region, Green Zone’s leadership team made a conscious effort to provide their North West clients with a permanent, local, point of contact via a new regional headquarters.
After a thorough sweep of potential locations and premises, CEO Callum Thompson opened the firm’s new Ormskirk office earlier this month ahead of what’s traditionally a busy period for the energy and building compliance specialists.
Callum said: “We recognise the growing demand and the subsequent importance of expanding our geographical reach, and the office in Ormskirk will be a base for a growing sales team, and will provide our expanding technical function in the North West with a permanent base.
“Green Zone’s new regional base marks an important juncture in our ambitious growth plans and gives us a greater level of national coverage, with the opportunity to grow our workforce across various departments as we look to meet demand now and in the future.
“This venture will also enable us to better serve trusted customers who are based in the North West and deserve the very best service we can offer — with feet on the ground and greater flexibility.”
Green Zone Surveys has gained a reputation for helping clients avoid the pitfalls most commonly associated with energy assessment and building compliance.
Using the latest data interpreted by a highly skilled workforce, Callum’s team encourages clients to be proactive with scheduling in order to avoid missing inspection deadlines.
In addition, Green Zone Surveys prides itself in providing precise data — records are updated regularly as compliance gaps become a thing of the past, with customers frequently reminded to focus on energy efficiency standards, with a view to saving money, retaining the value of buildings and improving their net zero credentials.
“Businesses face a number of financial challenges right now and CEOs everywhere are looking at finding the latest cost savings, wherever they may be,” adds Callum.
“I’m no different in that respect. And while those savings aren’t always obvious, energy compliance can reap rewards across the board.
“As well as making an instant impact, measures put in place now can future-proof businesses and help to save thousands of pounds in the years to come.
“I hope that existing customers across the North West — and those that we hope to work with in the future — recognise the long-term commitment we’re making to a region that remains key to our national strategy.”
