We are looking for a driven and analytical Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team.
The position will support the Finance Manager and contribute to the smooth running of the department, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
The main aspects of this role are:

Processing sales invoices

Processing supplier invoices
-
Debt collection
-
Processing bank receipts and payments on Sage
-
Completing daily bank reconciliations
-
Reviewing and checking employee expenses
-
Reconciling supplier statements
-
Sending monthly customer statements
-
Reviewing purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and completion to ensure timely sales invoicing
-
Assisting in resolving customer and supplier queries
-
Filing
-
Any other ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Microsoft Excel, and preferably experience on Sage 50, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires a good attention to detail and accuracy, as well the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
